Well when I was in rehab for my anorexia, I was forced to go a support group for people just like me. Everyday before the session started, we would say this chant linking back to this whole appearance thing, which goes like this; There is no such thing as skinny. There is no such thing as fat. Pretty's just a pretty word, and ugly's just a ugly word. There is a such thing as a perfect human being, but there is a such thing as me. And I am a good person, inside and out. So that's all I have to say about that.
