The layout of the wiki hasn't been changed in the year that it's been around. It's beautiful it should be because I made it but that's not the point, but we should spice it up with a new logo, new colors, and everything.
We need to decide on a policy system that we can enforce that covers OCs, OC creation, is easily accessible, and is clear and easy to understand.
We need to maintain some level of activity by sprucing up the OCs.
We need to rearrange the administration team and use our wiki tumblrs.
We need to start voting on our featured items every month and rely on an active and non-lazy admin who has time to run them and update them every month.
We need to implement this thread.
We need to listen to everyone's ideas and work together to put them into place.
We need to voice our opinions and to stop getting shut down.
We need to plot ideas for OCs, and if we can't do that, delete them.
We need to stop waiting on things to get better.
We need to stop making excuses.
If any of you don't have interest in the wiki anymore, stop loitering around and just leave.
We need to welcome new users but be firm in getting our points across if they aren't cooperating with our rules that we don't enforce at the moment.
In other words, we need to cut the bullshit and fix our wiki because I'm almost to the point where I want to leave it if nothing is gonna be done to keep it alive. Point blank.
Oh yeah, I've talked to Audrey and she says it's fine if you tag all of her charries.
As for OC creation, I think there should be spacing during each character one makes. I still don't want a limit, but just enough time to get a character to develop before they maybe another one.
Also, as for inactive OCs, for users that have left, put a tag on them saying that the user is inactive, so you cannot RP with them.
For the Wiki tumblrs, Nia and I have both said that we love confessions, and have given you permission to send negative ones about our charries.
I love feedback on my RPs, and I will listen to constructive critism.
For new users, maybe when they arrive, we can set up a template that says all the rules, and links to everything. And we can ask if they have any questions if they're too shy to ask.
And I can always redo the logo to fit the wiki's theme.
And maybe we can do things seasonally, like, as Shor said here, he can make a cool background for the wiki.
And by seasonally, maybe we can switch around the colors, and I know that would be hard to code, but if we work together, it wouldn't be hard.

So if this is what needs to be done, let's get off our asses and work at it. I have state testing until Thursday of this week, so I may not be able to help as I plan on cutting my wiki time down to study, but I'll still help out a bit.
As for a theme, we should do it seasonally, but we need to decide on some new colors because the yellow and blue is starting to make me sick.
